Dr., Attorney at Law Raşit Yılmaz
Raşit Yılmaz, a founding partner of our firm, was born in Adana in 1967. After completing his secondary education at Adana College, he studied law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He then returned to Adana and began practising law in 1988. He pursued a master's degree in Private Law at the Institute of Social Sciences of Çağ University. His areas of specialisation are enforcement and bankruptcy law, company law and family law. His book on enforcement and bankruptcy offences is in preparation for publication.
